are vDollars? |

vDollars
are virtual dollars that can be spent on any product and service
that is offered by any merchant within the bCorner merchant
network. vDollars can also be redeemed
for cash.

How
do I earn vDollars? |
|
Whenever
you obtain a product or service from a merchant within the bCorner
network, you will receive a rebate
on the transaction. The amount of the rebate is usually a percentage
of the transaction amount. For example, if you spend $1,000
at a merchant that offers 10% back on purchases, 100 vDollars
will be credited to your account. You can view the rebate percentage
on the merchant listing page. If the merchant listing page does
not display a percentage but displays a fixed dollars amount
then you should go to the Rebate
Information section of the Merchant Information page
to determine the rebate.

How
are vDollars different than other point systems or loyalty programs? |
|
vDollars
are very different from other point systems or loyalty programs.
Unlike most point systems, you are not restricted as to what
you can spend your vDollars on:
1. You are not limited to buying certain items or services
from merchants. You can spend your vDollars on any product
or service that is offered by a bCorner merchant.
2. vDollars serve as an effective way to decrease your
business expenses by increasing your purchasing power because
you can spend vDollars on business purchases.
3. vDollars are also different because you have the option
to convert your vDollars into real cash.

Are
vDollars worth real money? |
|
vDollars
have the same purchasing power as real dollars. When you spend
vDollars on products and services 1 vDollar = 1 dollar.

Can
I convert vDollars into real dollars? |
|
vDollars
can be redeemed for cash.You will get 70 cents per vDollar.

The
rules are illustrated below:
If you registered as:
1. A Sole Proprietor: All vDollars can be redeemed
for cash.
2. An Individual: All vDollars can be redeemed for
cash.
3. An Employee of a Business:
a). Business can redeem all vDollars for cash.
b). Employee can redeem vDollars from purchases made by employee;
at the time of the purchase. Employee cannot redeem vDollars
earned on business purchases when the button says "Business"
at the time of purchase.

If
I intend to buy something over the Internet, is it better for
me to spend the vDollars at the merchant site or should I first
convert to cash and then spend the cash at the merchant's site? |

You
will have greater purchasing power if you spend vDollars rather
than converting to cash and then spending the cash.

How
many vDollars may I apply towards a purchase? |
|
You
may spend from 1 vDollar up to the total amount of available
vDollars in your account.
1. If the purchase price at a merchant is greater than the
amount of available vDollars that you want to spend you
can apply vDollars to a purchase. For example, if the items
you want to purchase from a merchant total $100 and you want
to spend 25 vDollars you will only pay $75 out of pocket for
the items after we reimburse you.
2. If the purchase at a merchant is equal to the amount of
available vDollars that you want to spend, the entire purchase
will be covered by vDollars. (We will reimburse you for the
full amount).
3. If the purchase price is less than the amount of available
vDollars in your account, your vDollars will cover the purchase
and you will have vDollars remaining in your account.

How
do I spend vDollars? |
|
Just
follow the following steps:
1. Log into bCorner
2. Make sure that your profile is correct.
or 
If you want to spend your businesses vDollars make sure it says
"Business" and if you want to spend personal vDollars make sure
it says "Person."
3. Locate and then go to the merchant where you want to spend
your vDollars.
4. Confirm the amount of available vDollars in your account.
5. Find the product or service that you want to obtain from
the merchant.
6. Pay for the full amount of the product or service and complete
the transaction.
7. Enter the amount of vDollars that you want to apply to the
purchase in the "Spend" box of the vDollar Center.
8. Enter a note in the "Notes" box of the vDollar center to
remind yourself where you applied the vDollars, i.e. If you
buy a fax machine at Office Max your could type "Fax Machine
at Office Max."
9. When we get confirmation of the transaction from the merchant
(usually within 1 to 2 days) we will mail you a check that will
reimburse you for the amount of vDollars spent.

Why
do I have to first lay out the money at a merchant site before
I can apply my vDollars to a purchase. |
|
One
of the biggest differences between vDollars and other point
programs is our desire to enable our members to be able to spend
vDollars on all products and services at all merchants
within our network. For the time being, you will be required
to initially pay the full amount and then will be reimbursed
shortly after the transaction. In the near future, however,
we intend to establish a mechanism that will enable you to only
have to pay the amount of the item less the amount of vDollars
you are applying to a purchase. We are working hard to implement
this as quickly as possible.

How
long does it take vDollars to appear in my account? |
|
Although
most rebates are credited within 48 hours, it is possible for
this process to take up to 30 days. Delays occur because in
order for us to credit your account, we must receive notification
of a purchase from the merchant. Some merchants notify us at
the time of a purchase, some notify us at the time of shipment
and some wait until the return period for products have elapsed.
We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause, but
hope that you understand we are striving to provide our members
with valuable rebates in the most efficient manner possible.

How
long do I have to wait before I can spend or redeem my vDollars? |
|
vDollars
will become available to spend or redeem for cash when we receive
payment from the merchant. Go to the Purchase History area of the My Account
section to determine when your vDollars will become available.

do I redeem my vDollars for cash? |
|
Just
log in, click on the Account tab and click on the "Redeem
for cash" button.
