bCorner rate the merchants? |

The
merchant ratings are based upon our members' views of the merchants
and bCorner itself does not rate the merchants.

What
is the overall rating score? |
|
Merchants
are rated in eight different categories and the overall rating
is a weighted average of those scores. The eight categories
are: product representation, customer service, product selection,
price, delivery, product information, web site and shipping.

How
many times can I rate a merchant? |
|
You
can rate a merchant as many times as you would like but only
your most recent rating will be calculated in a merchant's rating.
This procedure will prevent one user from having too much of
an impact on a merchant's rating.

How
come I wrote a comment about a merchant but it doesn't show
up in the rating section of the merchant. |

Our
system is developed to enable three comments to be displayed
in the merchant rating section. Every time someone writes a
comment, the first comment will be taken out and the next one
in line will be displayed. Keep checking back and your comments
should be displayed shortly.

How
do I rate a merchant? |
|
First,
find a merchant by browsing or using advanced search to search
by merchant name. Next, click on the merchant's rating. When
you are in the Merchant Information section, scroll to the bottom
of the rating stats section and click the "Rate this Merchant"
button. You must first log in to rate a merchant. If you are
not registered, you must first join
as a member.
